Don't be fooled by his small sprites, this version of the Soldier was built to retain his tough and bulky traits from Team Fortress 2 such as his slow walking speed but dangerous attacks. Charlotte the Jigglypuff quit working on this character before he was given the ability to use Hypers, or before a strong AI was implemented. Therefore he has only one special that can be used by two commands.
Soldier is another six-button character that only has one Special, which can be used in two commands. Like Charlotte's Scout character, Soldier has the same ammo system, being able to load his launcher with at most 5 rockets, and once he uses them up, he automatically reloads. This character also has no custom A.I. Therefore, it uses the engine's default.
