Being released as far back as 2003, this version of Blob is arguably the one most people associate with. While it may seem like just another innocent port of the source material, this character is anything but accurate.
While the character might not look like much at first glance, Blob actually has a pretty hefty and diverse moveset. Its moves are generally a mixed bag, containing what it had in the source game as well as some new moves, such as having the ability to morph into other characters from other various fighting games and creating electric barriers, something it was never capable of in ClayFighter. As a callback to ClayFighter's second sequel, ClayFighter 63⅓, Blob also includes Claytalities, a parody of Fatalities from Mortal Kombat, as optional finishers. For whatever reason, Blob's taunt puts itself into a dizzy state, although it can get out of it.
