Pulseman on a really good day. Sprites and sounds come from Pulseman, as well as the majority of its moveset. Very powerful and plagued with infinites, it'll catch you off guard, especially with its A.I.
Pulseman is a 4-button character that makes use of Ⓐ, Ⓑ and Ⓒ for basic attacks, and Ⓧ for two other attacks. Naturally, Pulseman has an electricity-themed moveset akin to its source game and is able to use Volteccer, which can get it out of tight situations due to its invincibility frames, but requires it to be fully charged beforehand, denoted by the electrical sparks Pulseman makes; it doesn't take particularly long to recharge, however, making it somewhat abusable.
Pulseman is quite powerful and caters more to simply button mashing, two already deadly traits made worse by the many infinites the character has; the lack of any form of damage dampening escalates this even further, making it incredibly easy to K.O. opponents by merely pressing Ⓒ repeatedly. To make matters worse, Pulseman even has an attack known as Thunder Shield that grants it complete invincibility for a very long period of time, activated through Ⓧ, but requires the Volteccer to be at full charge.
As with most of SpaceMouse's characters, it has aggressive A.I. Though it doesn't take advantage of its many infinites deliberately, the A.I. tends to use the aforementioned Thunder Shield whenever it can, making it a difficult opponent to take down quickly, if at all. Though not specifically tied to the A.I., Pulseman is able to move and attack freely before the round starts, giving it an big advantage over the opponent.

Though at first this palette may seem like nothing more than a light show with fancy palette effects and afterimages, it does actually have its own special abilities, namely being that Volteccer is always fully-charged, making it much more abusable, and its Life and Power increase rather quickly over time, making it much harder to take down.
