Chelnov is the main character from the Data East platformer Atomic Runner, later appearing as the final boss of Fighter's History: Mizoguchi Kiki Ippatsu!!. Chelnov was a coal miner who survived a nuclear accident, gaining superpowers which he used to fight evil. In the Fighter's History game, he challenges Makoto Mizoguchi to prove that his octopus dish is the best in the world, so Mizoguchi takes the challenge and travels the world to prove his town has the best dish.
In M.U.G.E.N, Chelnov was made by Dobio, Tokei and Ryon.
Ryon's version[]
This semi-accurate version of the atomic runner has the moveset and sprites of the character's Fighters History appearance, with the edition of two Hypers. Coming equipped with missiles, lasers, fireballs, and spiked balls, it has the tools to keep its foes at bay.
