Zobbes' edit gives the character a larger six-button layout to allow regular activation of close-range activation moves, plus additional sounds, moves, victory quotes and portraits, as well as a sped-up Super Electroshock Attack (which also deals more damage). Pikachu has also been scaled up, allowing it to be hit by taller characters, but at the same time, the sprite quality has been compromised. Many of these aesthetic differences are lifted from Marvel vs. Capcom 2, despite the character not playing much like said game.

This edit uses Zobbes' edit as a base and is quite cheap, having larger attack hitboxes in most of its moves as well as being much larger in general, a lack of collision hitboxes in its standing animation and heavily buffed stats; its moveset is unchanged, however, and it loses fairly easily to cheap characters that utilize custom K.O. states and/or ReversalDefs such as Rare Akuma and F1, as well as other, stronger cheap characters.

Due to a PalFX state controller found in its command file, its default palette shows up an odd red colour. It also causes WinMUGEN to crash due to its versiondate being non-numerical.

This edit primarily modifies the colour scheme of the character and its effects, though it also adds C and Z to the button layout by mapping them exclusively to the activations for two Power-consuming Normals, one of which is Super Electroshock from the original version, while the other is a new move named Tunder [sic] that's activated using Down, Down-Right, Right C, uses 1500 Power and fires an unblockable pillar of lightning from above at the side of the screen Pikachu is facing; Super Electroshock is slightly different compared to the original version in that it has been renamed to Tunderbolt [sic], fires a straight bolt of electricity that covers the width of the screen instead of a curved stream of electricity that varies in width, uses 1500 Power instead of 1000 Power, and is now activated by inputting Down, Down-Left, Left Z.
