Rotor the Walrus is a character from the SATAM Sonic The Hedgehog series as well as the Archie Sonic comics. He is a mechanic who works with the original Freedom Fighters.
In M.U.G.E.N, Rotor the Walrus has been made by MUGEN Hunter, as part of the Freedom Fighters 2 Plus project.
Gameplay[]
Rotor fights with a mix of close ranged attacks and projectiles, most of which consist of his tools. Rotor doesn't have much aerial coverage compared to most of the Freedom Fighters 2 Plus characters. He is also a 6 button character incorporating a dodge button and strong attack button.
