Origin

Pokémon

Regice is an Ice-type Pokémon from the Pokémon series. It is a Legendary Pokémon and part of Legendary Titans along with Regirock and Registeel. It appears at #194 in the Hoenn Pokédex and #378 in the National Pokédex.

According to legend, Regice was created by Regigigas in its own image after pulling the continents together. The ice that Regice's body is composed of originated from an Antarctic mountain during the ice age, and is cloaked with frigid air that is -328 degrees F, allowing it to not only be highly resistant to flame and magma, but also allows Regice to freeze any solid object within its vicinity. Like Regirock and Registeel, Regice was sealed away in a cavern by humans out of fear of its power, along with a message to whoever might find it in hopes that one day, a person with enough courage would be able to tame it.

In M.U.G.E.N, Regice was made by Thousand and AxKing. Regice also appears during three of Claymizer's Registeel's attacks.

Gameplay[]

Regiceidle

Though Regice does have attacks, the file containing them (Atkice.cns) is not actually assigned to the character through its .def, meaning Regice cannot attack until this is fixed. Regice has a very limited moveset, with only the A and B buttons assigned to its attacks, making it very repetitive to play as and against.

Regice's damage output follows no consistency, with two of its specials using the same amount of power, but dealing radically different amounts of damage, and its attacks in general are overpowered, dealing tremendous amounts of shield damage in comparison to its unguarded damage. It has a rather glitchy jump, occasionally falling through the ground if certain buttons are pressed while Regice is airborne.
