One of the only decent versions of Toad. It seems to play like Marvel vs. Capcom, but also uses remastered Kart Fighter sprites and has tons of references to Super Mario Bros. 2.

Gameplay[]

ToadKF

Toad is a six button character. It seems to have gameplay based off Marvel vs. Capcom, sporting a combo system similar to said game. Toad can preform air combos, with its launcher being [ Down ] Y.

Toad, being a Marvel vs. Capcom styled character, has many different methods of comboing, but that being said, the comboing isn't very long, and in some cases, is somewhat stiff.

Toad tends to be striker based, as most of its Specials and Hypers involve calling on various characters from Super Mario Bros. 2. Despite this, these strikers are initiated in a balanced way, as only one striker can be called at a time.

Its A.I leans towards the easy side, as it jumps around and attacks at random intervals. It could catch some players off guard if not careful.
