Origin

Pulseman

Pulseman is a teenage character from the game of the same name for the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive, which was originally only released in Japan until it was ported to the Nintendo Wii's Virtual Console, where it become available in other countries.

Born the child of a human father and a "C-Life" mother, Pulseman is able to move freely between both the real world and the virtual world, as well as utilise electrical powers. His signature move is the Volteccer, where Pulseman turns into a ball of electricity and moves at high speeds, causing him to ricochet off walls. Pulseman is very weak to water, as it causes him to short circuit.

In M.U.G.E.N, Pulseman was made by N64Mario, SpaceMouse, and ElManic16.

SpaceMouse's version[]
