Small Ville is an area the appears in the SNES Fighting Game Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers: The Fighting Edition. It's the area where you fight SilverHorns.
The stage was edited by Kurai Naito. As the characters of the Game are normally Giant Mechas and monsters, you'll probably feel awkward that everything looks so small, or the opponents grew to the size of giants.
