Many people would jump to conclusions on how cheap this version of Piccolo is, considering who made it. However, this version is surprisingly well balanced. It comes packed with fantastic combo ability and four levels of adjustable A.I.

Piccolo adopts more of a Marvel vs. Capcom style. Piccolo uses six buttons, but in addition, also uses Start to activate a flying mode.

Being styled after the Marvel vs. Capcom games, Piccolo is extremely combo heavy, but can also create aerial raves. In its flying mode, Piccolo still has access to most of its moves, making it rather deadly in the air. Piccolo also has a range of unique Hypers at its disposal. If palette 7 or 8 is selected, Piccolo is also able to use a new Hyper.

Piccolo has four different A.I settings in its .def file: Very Easy, Easy, Medium, and Hard. The Easy setting serves as the default setting.
