Intended to be some sort of boss character, this version of Cell is based off of his perfect form. It has outrageous combo ability and an above-average A.I., so it should most certainly not be taken lightly. "I AM PERFECT!" indeed.
CHOUJIN's Perfect Cell uses six buttons: Ⓧ and Ⓨ for the light and heavy attacks, Ⓐ and Ⓑ for the light and heavy kicks, Ⓩ to power up, and Ⓒ to teleport.
Cell is extremely combo heavy. Almost all of its Specials can chain into each other, benefited by the fact that said moves are relatively easy to pull off. Its projectiles do use power, and it also has a rekka-styled attack.
Cell has a very tough A.I. It takes advantage of its huge combo ability and also uses Hypers quite often.
