PCEA Skarmory

Skarmory is currently the only Steel-type character in Project Catch 'Em All, and like most Steel-types, is hard to take down; to balance this out, Skarmory has a relatively unimpressive attack stat and isn't packed with the strongest moves available, though Fly allows it to avoid almost all attacks for a small period of time (a move that actually made it arguably one of the best characters in the original release of the game), and Air Cutter and Air Slash allow it to counter oncoming projectiles. Being a Steel-type Pokémon, Skarmory has an advantage over Rock-, Ice- and Fairy-types, but is weak to Fire-, Fighting- and Ground-types.
