Sandslash is a powerful yet hardy combatant that relies mainly on its physical attacks; the downside is that his ATB meter fills up quite slowly, so timing is key. As a Ground-type, Sandslash is advantageous against Electric-, Rock-, Fire-, Poison- and Steel-type Pokémon, but has trouble fighting Grass-, Water- and Ice-type characters.
