20000 (also known as 20k, Twenty Thousand, or Y20k Bug) is an original character created specifically for the M.U.G.E.N engine.
20000 are identical robotic soldiers from the year 20000 that were created to seek out and eradicate all opposing lifeforms throughout the universe. Tasked with activating the Nucleon Bomb—a weapon so powerful it can destroy an entire cluster of galaxies—one of these soldiers was thrown through a timewarp at the last moment and ended up travelling 18000 years into the past, where it found itself in the midst of an ongoing battle between the wholly mechanical Machine Space Forces army and a group of unnamed powerful beings; seeing the threat before it, the lone 20000 soldier quickly destroys its opponent before turning its attention to the rest of those present.
In M.U.G.E.N, 20000 has been created by Ironcommando.
20000 is a very cheap character, widely regarded to be his signature character due to its status as the first of its kind. This character is considered widely cheap for the following:
Spammable basic attacks. It can put any normal character into an infinite just by holding Ⓧ.
Tons of invulnerability frames and inconsistent hitboxes.
When his Life hits a certain point, he goes into an insanely broken mode.
Prior to a certain point in time, Ironcommando also included an "anti-cheap", character mode which immediately detects if a character is cheap or not by evaluating its stats (or for more signature characters, the name triggers this mode). This mode makes it impossible to hit 20000 with a cheap character, and it also bolsters 20000's power to an insane level, making it impossible to beat, though 20000 can be easily defeated by even cheaper characters such as the ONI-MIKO series, Crazy Catastrophe and Chuck Norris. It is also immune to the F1 and F2 debug keys, meaning you must fight it in order to K.O. it.

"To get the opponent into the fatality state you must stun them with Bright Flash. if the opponent's Life is low enough the "Kick some ass" will flash on screen, which means the enemy can be fatalitied. If there are 2 opponents, make sure that one of them is K.O.'ed first as it will not work if both are alive."
