Usually, the first version ever to be made for a particular character lacks a moveset and is very basic. This is no exception, but the gameplay-unrelated quality of the character partially makes up for it.
This Cosmo is only a minor edit of Spat856's MvC Adam. She generally lacks a moveset, having no Specials and two Hypers, hypers are completely imbalanced and lack a VelSet results in a rather poor quality character.
