Mugen Characters is a character warehouse and forum formerly hosted on Ucoz.
It is made especially for finding many M.U.G.E.N characters that have been taken offline, as well as other characters that are not that easy to find in other locations.
Characters are neatly categorised according to several categories in the warehouse section.
Most characters are presented with a video showcasing their abilities, along with a link to 4shared or Sendspace where the character is hosted.
The website also hosts some stages and has a forum. The community does have a special focus on rare and unavailable characters, and there is a "Roster" section on the forum to show these characters off.
