Omega Red is a 6-button character that features most of the game mechanics featured in Marvel vs Capcom 2. Combos can be easily pulled off and several attacks will clock high hit counts such as the crouched Ⓩ Normal and Carbonadium Propeller attack.
Omega Red's A.I. is noticeably aggressive, however, it is moderate at best. If an open opportunity is allowed, the A.I. will chain combos and use hypers when available. The air comboing seems to be broken as evident even when the A.I. attempts to complete a series against an opponent, whether it be Kung Fu Man or even himself, it consistently falls apart before being able to land a second hit after the launcher.
