Patrick Star is one of the main characters of SpongeBob SquarePants. He is a pink starfish and best friend of SpongeBob SquarePants.
Patrick is usually depicted as being good-natured, but dim-witted and lazy. He lives underneath a rock on the same street as Spongebob and Squidward Tentacles, and is unemployed. Despite this, Patrick is also very physically strong, particularly when angered, and is surprisingly good at driving.
In M.U.G.E.N, Patrick has been made by various creators. He also appears as a striker of many versions of SpongeBob, namely Doug1105's version.
MugenJF's version
Possibly the oldest version of the iconic starfish, this sea dweller seems to have taken a few too many weight training exercises, as Patrick is capable of lifting up his entire house to attack at anyone in self defense. Other than that, the character is nothing more than a mere edit of Kung Fu Man, but with buffed stats that makes it harder to take down.
Doug1105's version
This Patrick, who dons a familiar magenta outline and a custom artstyle, is an oddball among his author's characters, as while they are full-fledged fighters with a number of moves, Patrick has a grand total of...just one. Released in a very incomplete state, this dimwitted star was likely not meant for combat purposes, as his very limited moveset is likely to get him "dead" again.
Mamaluigi339's version
Claimed by the author to be an edit of Doug1105's incomplete version, this version of the big pink loser is not actually an edit, but rather a very different character overall using the Eternity of Heroes template. As a result of the limited resources that had been worked on, Patrick shows some oddities here and there, from the use of his belly and even his head to attack, to the need of precise timing to make certain attacks hit.
MyYouTube Rocks' version
One of the recent versions of Patrick, this version of the dim-witted starfish features various attacks that can catch an opponent off-guard easily, coming with an infinite regarding one of his Specials. Throw in three unblockable moves that require Power and deal some damage, and it can prove that Patrick may not be that dim-witted as he usually is.
