Minawa Andou is a character from the manga and anime series Mahoromatic. She debuts in the second season, Something More Beautiful, and is shown to be absurdly clumsy and she constantly apologizes.
In M.U.G.E.N, Minawa Andou has been made by nipa3008.
Nipa3008's version[]
Minawa Andou is a fairly simple 3-button character. Her attacks on the ground are fairly unwieldy and unusual, such as her falling over backwards, getting hit by a soccer ball, and bowing to the point of her head hitting the floor. These frequently have brief moments of vulnerability, but her air attacks, despite their shorter range, lack this, making them far better for most situations. Like Nipa3008's Mahoro Andou, her Hypers are very powerful, and her attacks deal above-average damage.
Her A.I. is quite strong, despite the fact it spends time charging up its Power. She is capable of summoning helpers that shoot projectiles, something that the player seems to be unable to do while playing as them. This gives the A.I. an unfair advantage, as they can repeatedly call upon them for help, as well as perform a Hyper that summons three different helpers that leaves Minawa invulnerable for a short period.
