Cell before gobbling up 17 and 18. That doesn't mean it can't be deadly at all. In fact, It plays in CHOUJIN's signature style, and has a rather large and extensive moveset. However, its A.I and filtered sprites are imperfect.
This one is based off of Cell's insect form and is in the same style as CHOUJIN's Perfect Cell, meaning that it uses four Basic Attack buttons (Ⓧ, Ⓨ, Ⓐ and Ⓑ), with access to teleport (Ⓩ) and power charge (Ⓒ) buttons.
As per most of Miaoyu's characters, as well as most of the other Dragon Ball Z characters on MugenDream, Cell is rather combo heavy. It has a decent sized moveset, with many moves being able to combo into each other.
It's A.I isn't very strong, considering what it can do, but it can still pose a challenge for inexperienced players.
