Touhou Casino Night is an original stage based on the Touhou Project series while at the same time being a parody of Balrog's home stage from Super Street Fighter 2, with several objects in the background having been edited. The cast from Touhou Hisoutensoku can be seen in the background.
In M.U.G.E.N, Touhou Casino has been made by Krizalid99v2. The stage has been edited by Ezequiel-TM.

Krizalid99v2's version is a heavy edit from Balrog's home stage from Super Street Fighter 2. The entire cast from Touhou Hisoutensoku was added in the background. Several other edits were made, like replacing "Golden Nugget" with "Touhou Nights". The stage does not support Super Jumps. Unlike most times when shadows aren't added to characters in the background of stages, this stage does have shadows on the characters. The music comes from the Sharp X68000 version of Super Street Fighter 2, most likely because at the time the stage was created, there was no fitting music available.

Ezequiel-TM's edit of Touhou Casino Night replaces the music with a Touhou-styled remix of Balrog's theme, redone from scratch. Some other minor changes were made to the stage, like the tools being changed to fit the Touhou atmosphere; the changes are barely noticeable, however.
