Being a spriteswap of the creator's own Axel Stone, this character features the same content that its base has, such as sprites flickering colors, high stats, and a small moveset. While he also has some trouble in comboability, the amount of damage he deals can counter it.

Bender is a spriteswap of the creator's own Axel Stone, meaning he is a six-button character that uses the A, B, or C buttons for kicks and the X, Y, or Z buttons for punches.

Bender has poor comboability, as he cannot cancel any of his Normals that fast because of their slow speed. His attacks also deal more damage than expected, mainly because of his Attack stat being set to 200, meaning Bender's attacks are stronger than any Normal characters. He can be also harder to K.O. because he has a high Life and Defence stats that make him take longer to defeat, especially with his high Attack stat. Because of this, Bender can be classed as a cheap character.

Bender has one Special and two Hypers. His only special is called Beer Throw, which is a projectile attack, while his Hypers are called Quad Beer Throw, which fires four projectiles at once instead of one, and Super Combo, an automatic combo attack. Both Hypers are rather strong, as they deal more damage than expected.

Bender has no custom A.I., meaning he uses the default A.I. supplied by the engine. Because of this, Bender mostly focuses on jumping and moving around the stage while randomly attacking. While this does make him unchallenging, his high Life, Attack and Defence stats make Bender take a while to K.O., and it can become a small problem when it activates any of his Hypers.

Trivia[]

  • 20000, a character made by Ironcommando, has an intro where Actarus' Bender and Peter Griffin get brutally murdered as 20000 comes onto the scene.
  • The Beer Throw and Quad Beer Throw attacks are referred to as Misil and Super Misil in the character's coding, respectively, while the Super Combo is called Super Golpe. This is shared across most of Actarus' other characters due to them using EasyChar.
