Fang the Sniper (known as Nack the Weasel outside of Japan) is a villain character that appeared in Sonic the Hedgehog: Triple Trouble. He was also used in Sonic Drift 2, and Sonic The Fighters, but was pretty much canned afterward until a recent reappearance in Sonic Mania.
In M.U.G.E.N, Fang the Sniper has been made once by MUGENHunter. He is another character from MUGENHunter's Freedom Fighters 2.
Fang the Sniper is particularly boss-like in his moves, considering he was the main boss in Freedom Fighters. His gun can fire off several times, thus the potential for high damage is great. He also has a good variety of close-range moves, including a tail attack that stuns the opponent for a second, and a flip kick where he grabs the opponent with his legs and tosses them. He also uses a powerful shotgun as his super, which can load and be fired when decided.

Nack the Weasel
Nack's gun shoots both horizontally and diagonally, and can shoot in spurts of 2 or 6 bullets, but the 6 bullets take longer to charge; he also carries an uppercut and a forward thrust kick that can be chained into a combo attack.
