Lucifer is a character from Umineko: When They Cry, who first appears in The Turn of the Golden Witch. She also appears as a playable character in the fighting game spin-off Ougon Musou Kyoku.
Lucifer is the eldest of the Seven Sisters of Purgatory who serve under Beatrice. She is the demon of pride and is the least talented of the sisters but acts arrogantly in order to cover it up. She is a formidable opponent when in her human form. Nonetheless, when she is in her stake form she is agile and fatal.
In M.U.G.E.N, Lucifer has been made by Baggy, Boomer and Tokey.
This version of Lucifer is a 6 buttoned character with two buttons having no neutral inputs. She is a melee oriented character but has a few supers which allow her to transform into her stake form. Her attacks mainly consist of quick slashes that can be comboed. She has fast and reactive AI that will make use of her Hypers and Specials.

Baggy's version[]
This version of Lucifer is a six buttoned character with a power charge. Like most of Baggy's characters, she has a difficult AI. Her attacks are quick and chainable but low in damage. She also makes extensive use of her supers which are moderately damaging. After taking a certain amount of damage, her tough AI activates.
