Melee's Kirby and uses custom-made sprites, though the rather imprecise positioning for said sprites causes the character to appear shaky during animations. Akin to Kirby's Copy Ability, inhaling an opponent grants Kirby a random powerup, though you shouldn't host creations that aren't yours.
This Kirby is Super Smash Bros. Melee-styled, with Ⓐ being used for basic attacks and Ⓑ for Special Moves. He also has a shield that functions the way that it does in the Super Smash Bros series, although when Kirby gets attacked while using it, he will sometimes run towards the opponents, and will sometimes be hit normally. When Kirby swallows the opponent, he will get a random power, like Mario's Fireballs, Pikachu's Thunder Jolt, and Bowser's Fire Breath. The character only seems to work in WinMUGEN and will cause errors in versions 1.0 and up.

In the command file, there are pieces of unused coding, containing commands for the Copy Abilities Sword charge (Marth and Roy's Copy Ability) and Falcon punch (Captain Falcon's Copy Ability). If the coding is tweaked so that they are available, Captain Falcon's is functional, although Marth and Roy's are bugged and only display sprites of a sword with a bad palette. They will also have Luigi and Pikachu's Copy Ability icons, since those overwrote the variables for Marth, Roy, and Captain Falcon's Copy Abilities.
This character was a source of controversy shortly after its release; warehouse sites that hosted mirrors of this Kirby character frequently became targets of copyright takedown requests filed by Laxxe23 himself, who does not own the intellectual property rights to the Kirby character (which are owned by Nintendo). Laxxe23's actions fueled heated discussions on various M.U.G.E.N forums over whether or not he had overstepped his bounds by making a copyright claim on a character he does not own, or if the takedown requests were legitimate due to the code belonging to Laxxe23.
