Kowloon is one of the many Archive Edition stages created by MOTVN which are currently being stored on Phanom G's main website.
The stage is set deep within a Chinese city(Hong Kong) on the street. Surrounding the street are several types of shops and buildings and an alleyway set at the middle of the stage, there are also several signs and lights covering the stage as well, there are also two girls standing beside the alleyway which have minor animation.
During this stage, there are two main animations which go though the whole stage from start to end. The first animation is that a few seconds after the first fight starts it will start to rain, this rain is indicated by two flashes of light. The other main animation on this stage are delivery trucks which all have fan made pictures of made up companies, some of these companies are based on famous characters, shows, games, etc (Eg. Lucky Star, Street Fighter, etc.)
In older versions of the stage, there was an opening animation similar to the one in Miku City which showed a fan-art picture featuring Black Rock Shooter and another anime girl, however in the current version, this has been removed.
