At the age of 16, Ciel was chosen to be Roa's host body which from that process turned her into a vampire. After an 8 years she was eventually killed by Arcueid Brunestud, which forced Roa to leave her body to find a new host. The side effects of Roa moving on to a new host has given her an ability to permanently die which she can resurrect herself over and over in a life paradox until Roa himself is killed. She now hones her abilities seeking out to face and kill Roa to end her eternal life.

Ciel is a 6-button character with only 3 of those buttons combative moves, she focuses on complex combinations of various kicks, punches, and her thrown knives. She is a very quick character with an attack for every situation both long range and close range. Her Hypers are strong and quick making it difficult to block against.
The AI for this character is very brutal, almost on par as YU-TOHARU's Hatsune Miku; she is capable of performing complex aerial assaults and performing Hypers whenever there is enough Power. The AI also makes great use of her acrobatical movements, launching herself and using her projectile attacks. It is more challenging as this character has a power charge move which enables her to quickly regain Power for her devastating Hypers.
