A unique version of Ken. It may be a rather accurate port of Ken from X-Men vs. Street Fighter (with some minor but noticeable alterations according to the creator's personal preference), but there is also a source accurate mode towards Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter if a special command is used in the midst of battle.
Being based off X-Men vs. Street Fighter, Ken uses all six buttons. It seems to be a fairly source accurate conversion, but according to the author, it isn't 100% accurate. He said that its moves have different effects from the source game, but Ken also has partially improved comboing.
Aside from the above, Ken also has a secret mode based off Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter. It is activated by either selecting palettes 7-12, or by pressing Ⓧ+Ⓨ, but the latter method can be used to switch back to Ken's normal mode. In the secret mode, Ken's moveset is similar, but it gains a new Hyper, and the functions of some other moves are altered. For example, Ken's Hadouken is larger, but has less range. The Tatsumaki Senpu Kyaku also rises up.
As per the creator's other characters, Ken's A.I. is brutal. It is very fond of comboing, and is rather aggressive in general. There is a possible method stated by the author in the readme to turn this A.I off
