Warner's version on the green alien is a huge custom-sprited character that due to his head's enormous side can barely crouch even if he closes his mouth. His elemental guns makes him a character appropiate to test custom compatibilities and as an easy boss fight that can still be dangerous with his finishing moves if he wins twice.
Kang is a six-button character, who uses for punches and for kicks, having the strength of each attack determined by the button pressed. Due to Kang's height, he can barely crouch, having similar colision boxes as his stand pose and leaving him vulnerable to attacks that an average characer can dodge while crouching. As for mobility, kang has one air jump.
As for specials, this alien has three projectiles which all do their own special effects on opponents; these projectiles being a freeze ray that immobilizes the opponent, a heat ray that burns and knocks them and a zap ray that cost 330 of power and shocks the foe, making him a perfect character to test these special effects compatibilities. The freeze ray is the most broken of them, as it immobilizes the opponent enought time to Kang to be able to quickly spam the freeze ray until the opponent is defeated, ensuring an easy victory. His other specials are more simple, two simple projectiles where he tosses the corpses of a human and Roger, a big bite that costs 300 of damage and pushes the opponent away, one where he moves his arm in circles and hits multiple times in a row and one where Kang stomps the opponent with a board in a nail. Kang lacks special attacks in the air, making him vulnerable to aerial fighters with them.
One of Kang's Hypers is his version of Midnight Bliss, where he zaps the opponent, turning them into an alternative version of themselves. He then proceeds to suck the opponent dry with his front two tentacles. Similar to Hugo Simpson and Cipitio, an unique feature about this Kang is that he has the ability to perform two fatalities: one disintegrating the opponent and the other where he eats the head off the opponent.
Kang uses the default M.U.G.E.N A.I., forcing him to mostly jump amd move around the stage while randomly attacking, making him an easy opponent.
