A similar character to Kung Fu Man in many aspects, such as its poor combo game and four button layout, the second pseudo legendary uses an oddly animated scratch sprite and voiceclips from Bowser. It has no really prevailing strengths, aside from its high Life stat, making it hard to use efficiently.
Tyranitar is a four-button character in a similar vein to Kung Fu Man, not using Ⓩ and Ⓒ. It generally plays like said character, with many aspects lifted from it. Its moveset is disappointingly small, containing two Specials and one Hyper, the latter of which may not always activate.
Tyranitar is difficult to play as due to a combination of its moves being of below-average power and having no ability to combo; this again isn't helped by the fact that it has average Defence, despite its in-game counterpart having a high Defence stat, making it easy to K.O. with most characters. To possibly make up for this, Tyranitar's Life stat is incredibly high, which can prolong battles and bide time for the player.
Tyranitar has no custom A.I. The most trouble it can give a player is its high Life stat, which, if not dealt with quickly, could lead to timer scams.
