Giant Katamari of Random Characters is a joke character made with a sprite used in Rare Akuma's katamari move. It is also made from a few random sprites from other characters and it is a spriteswap of Hell House.

The Giant Katamari of Random Characters, being both a joke and cheap character often landing OHKOs on normal characters. It cannot be K.O.'d by normal means, even a cheap character such as Rare Akuma cannot K.O. him. The only way to K.O. it is to use the F1 button or use a character such as A-Bomb or Chuck Norris. It attacks by jumping in the air and smashing characters and dropping Snivy on characters. If it lands directly on a character it instantly K.O.'s him/her.
