Fred has made a version of Ryo along with many other Art of Fighting characters. Ryo is in the same style as them, with the Special Moves costing Power.
Fred's version comes from his original appearance in Art of Fighting. It plays pretty spot-on to the original character, as Special Moves drain its Power, and it needs to charge up in order to use them. This character doesn't have a throw, however, despite the source character having one in the original Art of Fighting series.
