Originally released at the end of 2014, this version is based on the most powerful incarnation of Electro found in comic books. Its gameplay is similar to Marvel vs. Capcom, but with some core custom mechanics added. Electro also has a configuration file that allows the player to change several visual features in-game.
A six-button Marvel vs Capcom character, with some custom features. Electro have a eight-way air dash that gives it significant advantage for triangle jump combos and control space with mid-air combos. Electro is very good at using projectiles, and its spark grenades are good to keep the opponent at bay and goes in different directions depending of buttons pressed. Polarity shield is a counter move that can nullify normal projectiles and counter attacks paralysing the opponent for a brief moment, however it does not do damage and it is vulnerable to Hyper Moves.
Electro has six Specials in total (with variations) and four Hypers. It also has a Hyper-chain that can be expanded to a full level 3 Hyper, but only if it has enough Power and the player mashes the buttons enough.
