Vanessa is a 5-button character, using Ⓧ, Ⓨ, and Ⓩ as punches, Ⓐ as part of 2 Specials and Ⓒ as a alternate to the default throw command (ⓍⒶ).
Vanessa have a "Tension Gauge" bar that grows with every attack Vanessa does and slowly decreases with time. When full, it enters in "Super High Tension" mode that, when active, makes Puncher Vision capable of chaining into any attack or throw, makes Circuit Spark, Puncher Weaving and Puncher Jumping capable of being activated any time, and makes it unkillable. To countermeasure this, the Super High Tension is only active for 8 seconds. Afterwards, the Tension Gauge goes back to half.
