Diaochan is a character that originates from the 14th century Chinese novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms, who has been adopted into various other fictional works since, including Koei's Dynasty Warriors and Warriors Orochi series.
She is the adopted daughter of Wang Yun. She is a maiden both skilled in singing and dancing. She hates Dong Zhuo and joins his army to upon her father's request in order assassinate him. She poses as a simple maiden and gradually gains Dong Zhuo's trust in order to do so. It is suggested that she has a romantic relationship with Lu Bu but at times it is hard to tell since she can deceptive if she needs to.
In M.U.G.E.N, Diaochan has been made by UnCoVenTionaL, based on her appearance in Knights of Valour.
Diaochan's moveset consist of the use of twin swords and kicks. She has Lu Bu as a striker. She is a 3 button character and her she can gracefully and fluidly chain her combos in order to compensate for her weak damage. In terms of speed, she nimble and lithe and can use this to her advantage. Her A.I. is moderate and she can be defeated by an experienced M.U.G.E.N player.
