Stage: Level Ate BGM: Level Ate Conditions: D.F controlled Homer cannot use Supers or EX moves.
The newest version of Homer is out and I couldn't wait to try out it's brutal AI. Unfortunately, it may have been lost during JS's updates, as I hardly had a hard time against him, even after using my own Homer and setting it up so his power bar stays at level 0.
Getting to Homer himself, he is a parody of Iori and thus has a ton of moves based on him as well as a few of his own. I think Homer is popular enough through Mugen enough to not require more explanation on him(and I'm lazy!)
Wait a sec! take a look at the Homer I'm controlling. It's sporting a new pallete I call Color fix. This pallete is an attempt to make Homer look more like his cartoon self. You'll notice that his yellow is yellower, his blue is bluer and even his white is whiter. So does this make him look more like his cartoon self? I'll let you be the judge. At any rate, it is different enough and kinda does stand out from Homer's default palletes.
I'm still looking around my roster for a few ideas and color(I.E Seeing who looks great in a Red/Black scheme...cause looking at the last pallete pack, that's what it was composed of mostly)
Once I get a few more done, I'll release the second mini-pack.
