This edit is based on an older revision of RicePigeon's first version of Reimu Hakurei. Be aware that any of the changes mentioned are in reference to that revision and not necessarily the latest release.
This edit replaces each of Reimu's charge commands with equivalent and commands, with the animation timings of these moves altered to compensate. Since this character was originally edited from an older version of RicePigeon's Reimu, she retains her Cautionary Border Hyper, which was removed in the more recent updates. Reimu's Omnidirectional Demon Binding Circle Hyper has been replaced with Yukari Yakumo's Quadruple Border, which is functionally identical to the one found in RicePigeon's version. She also gains access to Yukari's Wall Teleport, by pressing in a corner to teleport to the other side of the screen.
Visually, some attacks have been altered to remove Reimu's effects, replacing them with gaps or lasers. Most of the Normals are functionally identical to the original Reimu's, though +Ⓩ and +Ⓩ have been swapped, a divekick was added (+Ⓩ in the air), and some feature different properties; for example, Meimu's throw can be used to set up combos whereas Reimu's throw cannot, Meimu's +Ⓨ and aerial Ⓨ Normals cause less knockback than Reimu's, and Meimu's +Ⓩ Normal does not launch the opponent as high as Reimu's +Ⓩ Normal, despite being visually identical.
The A.I. remains unchanged from the original version.
