A custom take on Robert Garcia's appearance in The King of Fighters '95. It may have the same moveset, but it has many mechanics from later games in the series, with the source game's mechanics working quite differently. There is evidence of the character being a dropped project, as it was released among many other characters in a pack four years after its conception.

Gameplay[]

Robert is a six button character with a layout and gameplay similar to many The King of Fighters conversions, where Z is a Strong Attack and C is a dodge. Robert seems to be based off The King of Fighters '95, having the same moves, but it seems to be a custom take on the character.

There are many mechanics from the source game in the character, but many have been replicated differently. The dodge is similar to the the roll found in the series' later entries, as it can be aimed forwards or backwards. Robert has a Power charge, but unlike the source, it can gain Power through attacking, like any other normal character.

Rather than being based off long combos, Robert aims for more technical gameplay, relying on its Specials and Hypers to do damage. Many of these moves can inflict knockdown.

Robert seems to lack any form of custom A.I, making it an easy adversary to fight.
