This character's appearance may look like Robert Garcia from Art of Fighting, but its moveset is much more akin to BeanFan112's other characters, and lacks only a few specials that they all share. It also has custom AI and AI specific moves in which a normal human cannot create.
Detective James Carter is a four-button character that plays similarly to BeanFan112's other characters, but lacks a rolling dodge button. None of the character's Hypers can be performed by the player, though the A.I. is fully capable of using them. Bomb Toss, Gun Shoot and Palm can be infinitely spammed.
James makes use of a rather simple custom A.I. that typically spams the same few moves repeatedly providing the move requirements have been met; curiously, the A.I. will tend to use Gun Shoot if the opponent is close, despite being a ranged attack.
Some of the detectives specials are spammable by all means, and so as it's hypers, but only by the A.I. This custom A.I is prone to spamming constant specials, and perform hypers. Preferably the Judo Combo is the one Carter uses the most.
