This version of Charlie doesn't seem to take after a specific game in the Street Fighter Alpha series, but it seems accurate to the series in general. It has 2 Specials, 3 Hypers and a decent damage output.
Charlie uses six buttons and plays similar to its appearances in the Street Fighter Alpha series. It is quite difficult to pin Charlie to a specific entry in the series, as it wasn't mentioned in the readme.
While Charlie plays decent overall, it seems to be lacking certain elements as referenced in the readme. All 3 of its Hypers are Level 1 Hypers, and no Level 3 Hypers have been implemented yet. That being said, the Hypers can all be used depending on the situation and when it is appropriate to do so. It also seems to be lacking the Alpha Counter from the source games.
Charlie also doesn't have an A.I implemented yet, making it an easy opponent.
