This version seems to take a few ques from Dragon Ball Z: Super Butouden 2, but overall plays custom. It has a couple unique Specials and Hypers not present in the source game.

Gameplay[]

CellNIdle

This version of Cell has custom gameplay, but it also seems to be partially based off Dragon Ball Z: Super Butouden 2. It uses five buttons, with X, Y, A and B being Cell's Basic attacks, and Z being a single button projectile used for some Specials and most of its Hypers but one.

Some deviations from the source game include the increase in combo ability of Cell's move and overall versatility. It also uses two more buttons than the source game, and gets rid of the single button dashes and flying mode. Cell also contains more Specials and Hypers than in the source game.

Cell also has some special quirks. Some of its projectiles can be aimed in different directions by holding Up or Down. However, if it uses these moves without any power, it becomes stunned. Two of its Hypers also require a second button press after activation. This is risky; it leaves Cell open for attacks.

Cell's A.I isn't very challenging. It occasionally attacks, but isn't aggressive at all.
