Another version of Cell's initial form, it plays similarly to the Marvel vs. Capcom series, but also has most of the signature Dragon Ball Z elements thrown in. It uses heavily edited sprites from Dragon Ball Z: Super Butouden, but is much more custom.
Cell is a six button character. It has custom gameplay with partial influence from Marvel vs. Capcom. It also comes with a power charge, as well as a flying mode, both of which are activated by pressing a punch and kick button simultaneously.
While Cell has a low damage output, it has the ability to combo many of its moves together. In fact, there are also many long combos that can be pulled off with only its Basic attacks. What's more, it has a reasonably wide movepool, also with the ability to be used in combos. This can make it a rather tedious character to mess with.
Its A.I is rather agressive, but not quite brutal. It uses its combos, Specials and Hypers quite often, often attempting to get the opponent in a corner, but its low damage output could possible allow it to be beaten, provided the opponent knows what to do.
