Currently being in a beta state, Chuchoryu's attempt at bringing over the Turkish oil wrestler comes equipped with edited E. Honda sprites, but no Specials or Hypers. Considering how he often treats his betas, it is unknown if Chuchoryu will oil this character up in the future.

Hakan is a six button character seemingly based off Capcom Fighting Jam; however, the character is in a beta state, as it has no Hypers or Specials, but all Basics are implemented.
Given Hakan's incomplete nature, it has no custom A.I implemented, which, along with Hakan's lack of moves, makes for an underwhelming battle.
