Atroce is a werewolf character from a game called Ragnarok Online. He is a type of MVP Boss monster that appers on the map after a long period of time has passed. His main weapon is a giant cleaver like axe.
Atroce is quite a cheap character as his attacks can deal massive amount of damage as well as having a health bar twice as big then the normal MUGEN fighter will have. On top of this as well, he can't jump and be grabbed, however, his AI is very simple.
