An art museum is a place that people visit to view different kinds of art, usually made by artists from all around the world. The most common style of art viewed in an art museum are paintings, but there are many other types as well, such as sculptures, installation art and a whole slew of other kinds of art.
In M.U.G.E.N, Art Museum was created by aMAXproduction. The stage uses a single image of an empty room with four separate paintings on the main wall. The paintings on this wall include Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa, Salvador Dali's The Persistence of Memory, Grant Wood's American Gothic, and finally, just the edge of Edvard Munch’s The Scream can be seen from behind a wall. The room contains both an entrance and exit with the left and right walls partially visible. These walls can cover the fighters depending on how far left and right you go. Also, the painting, An Experiment on a Bird in an Air Pump by Joseph Wright of Derby, can be seen mounted on the right wall. Certain elements, like the floor boards' lines and plaques have been added to help hide some of the color loss in the image.
