Raccoon City is a fictional city from the Resident Evil franchise. Raccoon City was a small, industrialized city located in the Midwestern United States which destroyed during the Tyrant Virus outbreak. At present, the area is cordoned off to the rest of the world by a U.S. government facility.
In M.U.G.E.N, Raccoon City has been made once by Riklaionel.
