Like most Black Heart characters, Ananzi comes with custom sprites, four buttons, and a rather challenging A.I.. This character's combo ability depends on how the player chooses to to flow the moves together.
Although this character may not look powerful, it is capable of the same amount of damage as the other characters of The Black Heart. Certain attacks used by this character produces small spiders which, on their own, do little damage but in large groups can deal large amounts of damage. Ananzi is unique, as this character is able to stun opponents with Black Trap, giving Ananzi an opening for a free combo. This character's A.I. is very challenging, giving experienced players a good battle, often utilizing many of its combos.
