This version has custom sprites, and the sprites are based on its Street Fighter IV incarnation. It has multiple palettes, which is about 80+. This version has brutal AI, and can be hard for inexperienced players. It has a special feature, which the player can select a palette in battle.
Gouken is a six-button character that use a lot of moves and techniques from Street Fighter, such as the Power of Nothingness. It has very hard to perform Hypers. It has two modes: A normal mode and an EX mode, each wield a different set of moves. It has an attack from Street Fighter IV, which involve it kicking the opponent, and then an airborne Tatsumaki Senpukyaku. But it will automatically hit an airborne Tatsumaki Senpukyaku, even if the first attack doesn't hit, and it can't block after he reaches the ground, so this is an disadvantage, as the opponent can hit it in the air or when he reaches the ground.
Gouken has two Hadoukens, one in the air, and one regular, which the Hadouken in the the air is easier to perform than the regular. It can chain a Hyper in the air, which is very useful for airborne opponents. The Hyper doesn't go a far distance, and is close range, so this is also a disadvantage, as the opponent can do a move or a reversal/counter Hyper to return the favor. It can chain Normals into Specials into Hypers very easily. Its Specials aren't very easy to perform, most involving perform two commands.
Gouken has brutal A.I. that has the potential to at least do three-hit combos. It notably punishes the player's mistakes with Hypers.
