It would seem that a certain shrine maiden quit fighting youkai and chose a different occupation instead, or maybe it's all a coincidence. Ado's attacks have very long startup times as the character has to literally draw its attacks, which also causes Ado to lack aerials, though it is fortunate that these attacks are powerful and either long-ranged or projectiles. Victory will be a challenging picture to paint for this little artist.

Gameplay[]

AdoIdle

Ado is a four-button character that works like a three-button one, using A and B for attacks and using Start, in conjunction with Right or Down to summon Kirby or Waddle Dee respectively, only using C as part of a Hyper combination. All of Ado's attacks, with the exclusion of its crouching Normals and its Power-using attacks, have an unusually long startup, with most other characters' normals being quicker than the character's, not helped by the fact that Ado is completely deprived of any aerial attacks.

Ado's attacks, as mentioned before, have an slow startup, albeit to counter this most of them have great range (covering the entirety of the screen most of the time) and decent damage. ザコキャラ描き (Down Down A/B) in specific can release different projectiles each time it's activated, varying from a walking N-Z, a flying Bronto Burt, a flying Mumbies, a flying object and a slow jumping Mariel.

Ado's Power-using attacks are unusually strong, with ザコキャラッシュ (using 1000 Power) taking half of a common character's Life bar, and with ボスラッシュ (using 2000 Power) resulting in an certain loss to the opponent if they don't guard the attack. Ado also has a 3rd Power-using attack called ボスザコキャラッシュ, that uses 3000 Power.

Ado has no A.I. in its coding and thus uses Kung Fu Man's default A.I., rarely ever attacking the opponent.
